Desert View Aerial Photography has partnered with Baker Concrete Construction, Phoenix, Arizona office, to provide monthly construction progress documentation of their latest project. 

Construction is underway for Optima Sonoran Village located at 68^th Street and Camelback Road in Scottsdale, AZ.  Phase one of the luxury condominium complex includes underground parking,  a 20,000-square-foot amenity center with pool, spa, basketball and racquetball courts, locker rooms and party room as well as an outdoor pool and sundeck.  The ultimate build-out will consist of 493 residential units, 40,000 SF of commercial, retail and amenity space.  Occupancy of the first phase is scheduled for May 2013.
