Let’s play ball…
First pitch at the new Salt River Fields at Talking Stick is drawing near. Construction crews are still working away, but the Colorado Rockies and Arizona Diamondbacks are gearing up to play ball next month.
The new sports complex, which sits on 140 acres, provides the teams with 12 practice fields and an 11,000-seat capacity stadium. Additionally, the complex provides for Major and Minor League clubhouses, offices for each team, and of course, training facilities.

The 16-story Maricopa County Court Tower is located at the corner of First Ave. and Madison St. in downtown Phoenix, AZ. The project, which is designed to be LEED certified, is scheduled to be completed by February 2012.

In March of this year, SUNDT Construction broke ground on the Bridget Hall project. The new addition to the Williams Campus of Chandler-Gilbert Community College will include office and support areas, plus Learning Commons, Student Activities, and Multipurpose spaces. The CM at Risk project, due to be completed by the end of 2010, is designed to target LEED Silver certification.
