Boart-Longyear, provider of mineral exploration drilling services and drilling products, is relocating to Glendale from a smaller location in Peoria as part of an expansion of their Arizona operations. Construction of the 20,000-square foot, freestanding office/industrial building has begun, with occupancy expected during the fourth quarter 2011.

Working with client Adolfson & Peterson Construction, Desert View Aerial Photography will provide monthly construction progress photos of their Lake Country Village Phase One project located in Tempe, Arizona. Phase one of this 5.46 acre project includes the partial demolition of the existing strip center and the relocation of the Big Lots retail store, plus four additional existing tenants. With the project now underway, the building demolition is complete and site grading and the construction of the building pads has begun.
