LGE Design Build has broken ground on the Crescent Crown Distribution facility in Mesa, Arizona. The 325,000 SF facility sits on 23 acres and includes corporate offices, controlled environment warehousing, and a vehicle maintenance building.

PROJECT: Brentwood Industries
GENERAL CONTRACTOR: LGE Design Build
FLIGHT DATE: February 5, 2011
LGE Design Build has commenced construction on the first phase of the Brentwood Industries facility in Surprise, Arizona. The 51,000 SF facility will specialize in film fill media, which is used to manage water flows in applications ranging from water treatment to cooling tower components.
The site grading is complete, and the floor slab is poured.
