The 16-story Maricopa County Court Tower is located at the corner of First Ave. and Madison St. in downtown Phoenix, AZ. The project, which is designed to be LEED certified, is scheduled to be completed by February 2012.

In March of this year, SUNDT Construction broke ground on the Bridget Hall project. The new addition to the Williams Campus of Chandler-Gilbert Community College will include office and support areas, plus Learning Commons, Student Activities, and Multipurpose spaces. The CM at Risk project, due to be completed by the end of 2010, is designed to target LEED Silver certification.

The Salvation Army’s Phoenix South Mountain Corps and Community Center is expanding. Opening to the general public in the fall of 2011, the new Ray and Joan Kroc Corps Community Center will expand to an approximately 130,000 SF building with additional sports utility fields.
The general contractor for this worthy project, Haydon Building Corp, will commence construction shortly.
